Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Digital products or downloadable software.
Customized or personalized products.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
